Dr. Wayne E. Brown is an author, publisher, professor, scholar, motivational speaker, and worldwide traveler whose life and work reflect a commitment to education, cultural understanding, global engagement, and meaningful storytelling. He founded WEB International Publishing in 2002 with the vision of helping writers bring their stories to life while also offering consulting services rooted in insight, strategy, and human connection.
Dr. Brown’s academic background is extensive. He earned a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Baker College Graduate Studies, also Magna Cum Laude, and dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, Davis in Rhetoric & Communication and African American & African Studies. His educational journey also includes study through UCLA, the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) in Taxco, Mexico, and Cornell University.
Professionally, Dr. Brown has lived, worked, and traveled extensively across the world. He spent more than a decade in Japan, where he served in educational and consulting roles that included work with the Japanese Government’s JET Program, conversation schools, Doho University, and corporate-related engagements involving Panasonic, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Aisin Seiki, and Sony. He also worked in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and in the United States in university-level education. His journey reflects not only professional accomplishment, but a life shaped by discipline, cultural immersion, and a willingness to move where purpose leads.
My work is grounded in lived experience—travel, teaching, struggle, faith, culture, history, and growth. I write to inform, challenge, encourage, and expand the way people think about themselves and the world around them.
Through WEB International Publishing, I support literature that has something meaningful to say. The mission is to publish writers with stories to tell and to help turn “in print” dreams into reality.
The consulting side of the work is rooted in ideas, research, analysis, planning, and relationship-building. It is designed to help individuals, businesses, and organizations connect vision with action and long-term success.

Dr. Wayne E. Brown is author of the book, “BLACK SAMURAI – Global Footprint,” where his experiences of international perspectives are reflected in his years of living in Japan. Dr. Brown is also the founding owner of WEB International Publishing Company. His company publishes books of other authors that have a story to tell. His company WEB International Institute (WEBII) offers fully online English language courses of study. WEBII enhances internationalization for students, teachers, working professionals, and employers by using English instruction to promote shared understanding.
Film & TV
Dr. Brown’s documentary film titled, “Stamp My Passport – Insight To The Outside World” is an exciting and enlightening film illustrating his journey our global cultural diaspora. In his own words, “With this major film project, I believe that through my documented experiences, others will see the importance of HUMAN-TO-HUMAN communication and interaction. We must learn from each other, and travel is an excellent way to achieve this.”

About the Author – BIO
Dr. Gabriel Osaheni Aghedo is an author, motivational speaker, and worldwide traveler. This very unassuming gentleman is Nigerian from Benin City, Edo State of Nigeria, where he had his childhood education. The book he authored, PERPERTUALLY HEALTHY, GOOD-LOOKING & RICH, concerns “the secrets of holistic/naturopathic medical methods of becoming & remaining young, healthy, good-looking, happy and rich forever!” He has given Holistic and inspirational advice to countless people who have remained grateful to him for his simplistic approach to a rich, healthy and positive life. Dr. Gabriel Osaheni Aghedo still continues practice on demand currently. Additionally, he was recognized for English Teacher Training at the Japan Times Teacher Training in Tokyo, Japan, where he obtained the Advanced Certificate in the Teaching of English to people use it as a Second/Foreign Language (TESL/TEFL). Another book from the author titled “English Rhythmics” will soon be published.
